I have to say that I am lucky to have people who support me in my endeavours as a photographer. Those who have gotten to know me, know that I LOVE to talk and I LOVE taking photos! And as my business has grown, I have gotten to photograph some amazing people, and I have made some great friends. It’s a win, win situation.
In this session, it was another one of those instances. Deanna and Matt, as you saw previously in their maternity session, are just great! They are so down to earth and will open their doors to you with no problem.
They welcomed me into their home to photograph their new addition to the family, Savannah. She is the cutest little baby, and already has daddy wrapped around her little baby fingers. As much as she didn’t want to have anything to do with the photo session, I was able to capture some lovely images of the family, and even one with daddy’s firefighting gear (is that what it’s called????).
Deanna & Matt, thanks again for inviting me to your home. As always, it was a pleasure, and I hope to see you all soon.
XOXO

My favorite shots, so much love!

All Matt had to do was pick Savannah up and she’d stop crying. She spent almost the whole time in daddy’s arms.
DADDY’S GIRL!

I absolutely loved what Matt called a “cracker house.” This was in their backyard.
LOVE!!!

I loved all the details!

His grandfather was one of Florida’s leading cattle ranchers. Cattle ranchers got the nickname “cracker” from the sound that their whip made as they were wrangling in the herd of cows. (Always learning something new…)

I was literally on standby to take this picture because every time Matt would put her down, she’d start to wake up. LOL
Love the end result!
