When I met Katie and Adam, I was drawn to them instantly.  Their love for their two girls and especially each other is absolutely endearing, and I knew that shooting their wedding was going to be a lot of fun.  And it was!

They were married at the Grand Plaza Hotel in St. Pete, and it was an absolutely lovely ceremony.  Friends and family gathered around, and as they gazed into each other’s eyes and said their vows, you couldn’t help but get teary eyed.  It was truly beautiful!

Katie put a lot of thought into the details of her wedding, showcasing their love for the beach.  I loved that she used sand dollars as place cards, and that their candy bar matched their wedding colors.  She didn’t miss a thing!

Adam, Katie, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your beautiful wedding.  We had a lot of fun and we’re glad you chose us to capture the essence of it all.  Thank you!

Are these dresses cute or what!?!

Katie you are gorgeous!

Katie’s dad was holding back tears here.  Love his expression!

The detail shots of Katie & Adam’s Wedding have got to be my favorite of all time.  LOVE IT!

The kids were so cute walking down the isle.  What a little cutie!

It was truly a lovely ceremony and I’m so glad we were there to capture it all!

Lovely family…I love these guys!

The wedding party was such a blast to photograph; they were up for anything, as you can see.

Katie wanted to make sure we got some sunset photos, and I must say that we delivered!  ;D

Love the sand dollars on the invite and as place cards!

Images for a Cure Workshop March 3, 2011

I had a blast these past two days at the Images for a Cure Workshop.  I was able to listen to some amazing speakers and got to meet some cool photographers.

Yesterday I was able to spend some time with Joey Wright from Joey Wright Photography, and some other Florida photographers while we learned some lighting techniques from Joey himself.  I am so excite to put this new information into my photography and see where it takes me.

Joey was a blast to hang out with and he was so laid back throughout the whole process which made it so easy to open up and learn.

Thank you Joey for your time and dedicaion to us.  I really appreciated it!

Here are a few images from yesterday.
